MANICURE SPA & BATH BOMB PARTY
A hands-on spa birthday party in Glenview, IL for kids ages 6 to 14. Guests make their own bath bombs, enjoy a magical jelly hand spa, and finish with a mini manicure. Every child takes home everything they create. Host it at our studio or we come to you!
Shh... we kindly suggest not telling the kids, especially the birthday child, exactly what happens at the party. The surprises are half the fun!
GEARING UP
Before the activities begin, every child gets dressed up in a spa robe and one of our cute purple bandana headbands. They look adorable together, and it's always a fun moment to watch!
BATH BOMB MAKING
For the first activity, each child gets their own bowl of bath bomb powders, and together we mix in all the ingredients. Our team selects the bath bomb molds ahead of time based on the party package and the age of the group. Kids take home either four mini bath bombs or one larger bath bomb.
Most of the time, the leftover powder becomes a bonus treat: our Fizz & Foam Bath Bomb Powder, packed with a cute little toy inside. It looks adorable, and it goes home with the kids too!
JELLY HAND SPA & MINI MANICURE
Next, kids soak their hands in a rejuvenating bath, and then the magic happens: the water turns into a jelly, slushy-like consistency that kids absolutely love to squish and play with!
A fizzing, foaming bath potion turns the spa back into water, and then it's time to pamper. Kids apply a scrub to their hands, rinse, and finish with a nourishing cream.
Last comes the mini manicure: we buff their nails and finish with glitter nail polish. Every child takes home a cuticle oil to keep the pampering going.
MINI SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Every party includes a visit to our little boutique! Kids discover six beautiful fragrances and choose their favorite to take home as a mini body oil. It's a special part of their party favors, and kids absolutely love picking out their very own scent.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every party runs for two hours and starts with a 30-minute birthday celebration with music, fancy kiddie cocktails, and time for your food and cake. Then the fun begins with the two 45-minute projects above. Each child receives a gift and takes home all the products they make, so there's no need for extra party favors.
OUR INGREDIENTS
We use natural ingredients wherever possible, along with approved cosmetic-grade colorants and fragrances.
OUR PRIVATE STUDIO
Studio parties are hosted in our private studio in Glenview, a beautifully decorated, dedicated party space in a private residential location. Because we're not a typical storefront, we encourage families who haven't visited us before to schedule a quick studio tour before booking. Just text Donna at 847-687-1662 to set up a time.
PARTY COST
$480 for up to 10 children. Each additional child is $40. Our studio's maximum is 24 children.
For parties at your location, a $100 travel charge applies and there is no guest limit. Groups over 24 receive discounted pricing with a CUSTOM PARTY.
PARTY TIMES
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm (the afternoon slot can shift to 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm).
GUESTS & DROP-OFF
Young guests can be dropped off, but at least one adult, usually the birthday parent, must stay for the entire party. A few extra guests, like grandparents or a family friend, are welcome to stay too. Our waiting area is small, so we're not able to host large family groups. Planning a big family celebration? GOOD TO KNOW
Please bring your own food, dessert, and candles. We provide kiddie cocktails, water bottles, napkins, cups, and spoons, so please don't bring beverages. Kindly arrive no more than 15 minutes early.
HOW TO BOOK
Dates are not held verbally and must be booked online. On our BOOKING PAGE, choose SPA / MANICURE & BATH BOMB (Studio or Your Location), pick your date and time, and pay the booking deposit. Please include your best phone number and your child's full name and date of birth in the order notes.
