PARTY AT THE STUDIO

EVENT OVERVIEW

Our parties run for two hours starting with a 30-minute birthday celebration that includes music, kiddie cocktails, and food provided. Each package includes two 45 minutes projects. Custom parties tailored for younger kids may include one activity.

AGE REQUIREMENTS / DROP OFF

Designed for children aged 7 and up, our parties are drop-off events, allowing parents to leave their kids in a safe space. However, at least one adult, typically the birthday parent, must stay to ensure everything runs smoothly and for safety. For younger children (ages 4 to 6), we recommend custom packages with tailored sensory activities, requiring parental involvement for a safe and enjoyable experience. Please contact us at 847-687-1662 regarding custom packages, family events, and large events. Our studio maximum capacity is 24.

PARTY COST

Our party packages for events at the studio are $480 for up to 10 children, with each additional child costing $40 (max 24 guests).

FOOD & DRINKS / WHATS NOT INCLUDED

Food is not included in the packages. We can serve provided food and desserts. We can help with Domino's Pizza ordering upon request, with costs added to the final invoice. We provide fancy kiddie cocktails and water. Please do not bring any beverages.

FAQs

    • Can I bring balloons? Yes, you can bring balloons. Since our space is limited, please do not bring large arrangements. 🎈
    • What do I need to bring? You are responsible for food, dessert and candles. If you want to serve pizza we can help you by ordering Dominos delivery. We do not order from different companies. We can discuss pizza delivery on a call 48 hours before the event. We provide napkins, spoons, cups etc.
    • Can I bring ice cream cake? Yes, we serve food right after arrival, at the beginning of the event, and can store the ice cream for short time if needed. 🎂
    • Can we light candles? Yes, please bring candles with you.
    • What are the kids’ favorite desserts? # 1 MINI BUNDTINIS by Nothing Bundt Cakes. 🧁Small delicious moist cakes with just a right amount of edible icing. Be sure to check the super cute birthday options! # 2 DONUTS🍩, # 3 ICE CREAM/ individual cups.
    • When should we arrive? Please do not arrive more then 15 before. Waiting is not something kids like to do.
    • How many people can stay? Our events are design for kids and our max capacity is 24. We do not host family events as we do not have enough space. A few parents, or grandparents are ok to stay. If you want to host large family birthday party, we can discuss options available including space rental at the park center etc.
