Making trendy and playful Bath and Body products is a significant accomplishment for our little ones! Both kids and parents are always amazed to see all the handmade pampering treats kids make during our events. The joy of the experience does not end after the workshop! Kids take home their creations on the same day and use the products to create luscious pamperings at home.

All Bath and Body Products are made using the best, kids-friendly surfactants available on the market. We use baby-gentle Lantanol to make solid bubble products. Our favorite mild liquid surfactants are Cocomidopropyle Betain, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, and Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate. Our soap base is free of harsh detergents. All colorants are cosmetic grade FDA-approved.
KIDS AGE REQUIREMENTS
The How It's Made Workshop is designed for boys and girls 6 and up. Kids less than six require supervision. An older responsible sibling can supervise younger children. Booking an additional seat for the guardian is required.
Our space is limited, and due to the flu season, we cannot offer a waiting area for parents. Plan a fun activity for yourself or join us for the HOLLY JOLLY crafting.

Donna Jurczak, the creator and owner of Beauty Sweet Workshop (Est. 2017) and Humblebee’s Toiletries Co. (Est. 2014), is hosting the workshop in her crafting studio.

DROP OFF - PICK UP
You can drop off your child 5 minutes before the workshop scheduled time. The workshop usually takes about two hours. Kids need to wear shoes in the studio, so please have your child bring shoes for change in case we get snow or rain. To avoid commotion, please send a message to Donna at 847-687-1662 when you get to the location for pick-up. Wait in your car, and we will walk your child to your vehicle. We may need some extra time for packing and getting dressed; please be patient.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The booking fee is not refundable. With a request made at least 48 hours before the workshop, the fee will be credited to our next event.
